Guelph, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 26, 2024) - Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) (TSXV: ZEN) (" Zentek " or the " Company "), an intellectual property development and commercialization company, announces the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the " Meeting ") held on September 26, 2024. At the Meeting, shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions brought before the Meeting. Details of all resolutions that were voted upon are set out in the management information circular (the " Management Information Circular ") dated August 19, 2024. The Management Information Circular is available on the Company's profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca Election of Directors All of the board of director nominees listed in the Management Information Circular were elected as directors of the Company. Results of the vote were as follows: Appointment of Auditors At the Meeting, shareholders approved the appointment of the Company's auditors, BDO Canada LLP.
