Goins as General Manager for its Action Stainless facility in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Goins is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He brings to his role numerous years of experience in the metals and manufacturing industries, including leadership roles in strategic sourcing, procurement, sales and operations management.
