The newly launched offering features a chicken breast double-fried to achieve extra crispiness. The chicken is hand-brushed with one of Bonchon's signature sauces — Soy Garlic, Spicy or Korean BBQ — and served on a warm brioche bun accompanied by coleslaw and a side of fries. Bonchon chef Jae Park said: “The new chicken sandwich is something our guests have been asking for. “We knew if we added a sandwich to our menu, we had to do it differently and better, with a Korean edge.” The latest offering will be a permanent fixture on the menu. The timing of the launch is strategic, coinciding with US National Fried Chicken Day on 6 July 2024. The sandwich is available for dining in, pick up and delivery at participating Bonchon restaurants. Bonchon CEO Suzie Tsai said: “We do chicken better than anyone and we are bringing that expertise to this sandwich.
