(“XP” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: XP) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Less than three months after XP’s IPO, The Winkler Group published a research report about the Company raising significant questions about the accuracy of XP’s financial reports. According to the report released on March 6, 2020, there are material differences between XP’s internal audits and the financial statements provided to investors as part of its IPO materials.
