COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Worthington Steel, Inc. (NYSE: WS) announced today the appointment of Scott Kelly to the Worthington Steel Board of Directors, effective immediately. Kelly will serve as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board.
