I had in May 2024 concluded that WNC is a fundamentally sound company with consistent operating margins, capital efficiencies, and returns. A valuation at that juncture did not show any margin of safety. An updated intrinsic valuation, triangulating with the Acquirer's Multiple and Free cash flow yield now points to undervaluation. This is partly because the price had declined by 23% while I still see WNC as a wonderful company. This is now an investment opportunity.
