The closing bid price for the company's common stock has fallen below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive trading days, the exchange notified the firm on Wednesday, and hence it was no longer in compliance with the listing requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the company's common stock on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The company has 180 calendar days, or until March 31, 2025, to regain compliance. To regain compliance with the bid price requirement, the closing bid price of the company's common stock must meet or exceed $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days prior to March 31, 2025. Workhorse Group ( WKHS said it is currently evaluating various courses of action to regain compliance. Shares of the company were up roughly premarket on Thursday.
