NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- WhiteHorse Finance, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WHF) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly distribution of $0.355 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2019. The quarterly distribution will be payable on October 3, 2019 to stockholders of record as of September 23, 2019. In addition, the Company's board of directors has declared a special distribution of $0.195 per share, which will be payable on December 10, 2019 to stockholders of record as of October 31, 2019.Distributions are paid from taxable earnings and may include a return of capital and/or capital gains.
