(NYSE: WBX) (“Wallbox” or the “Company”), a leading provider of electric vehicle (“EV”) charging and energy management solutions worldwide, today announced that it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) on November 21, 2024, that it is not in compliance with Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual. This is because the average closing price of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares (the “Class A Shares”) was less than $1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.On December 2, 2024, the Company notified the NYSE that it intends to cure the share price deficiency and to regain compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards.
