Trust Company (the "Bank"), today reported first quarter 2025 net income of .2 million, or per diluted share. In the first quarter of 2025, sales leaseback transactions were completed for five branch locations and a pre-tax net gain on the sale of the bank-owned properties totaling $7.0 million was recognized within noninterest income. Additionally, in connection with the termination of the Corporation's qualified pension plan, a pre-tax non-cash pension plan settlement charge of .4 million was recognized within noninterest expenses. Excluding the impact of these items, adjusted net income (non-GAAP) totaled .8 million, or per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2024, a net loss of .8 million, or a loss of per diluted share, was recognized. Excluding the impact of the previously disclosed balance sheet repositioning sale transactions in the preceding quarter, adjusted net income (non-GAAP) was .4 million, or per diluted share for the fourth quarter
