Additions of Fanox and Kompozitum to Provide Long-Term Profitable Growth PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB) announced today a strategic investment in its Transit Business with the acquisitions of Fanox and Kompozitum.
