"Tipificamos las 'deepfakes' de contenido sexual o gravemente vejatorio, como delitos contra la integridad moral", explicó este martes el ministro de Justicia, Félix Bolaños, en la conferencia de prensa posterior al consejo de ministros del Gobierno del socialista Pedro Sánchez. La medida, que llega después de que el país haya vivido varios casos de difusión de imágenes pornográficas de menores creadas con IA, formará parte de un proyecto de ley para "proteger a las niñas, niños y adolescentes en el ámbito digital garantizando su derecho a la intimidad, al honor y a la propia imagen", informó el Ejecutivo en un comunicado. Este proyecto de ley, que el Gobierno describió como pionero en Europa, y que ahora tiene que ser aprobado en el Congreso, prevé también considerar un agravante en ciertos delitos sexuales el "grooming", el engaño a un menor utilizando una identidad falsa, generalmente haciéndose pasar por más joven.
