Volt Information Sciences: The Ultimate 'This Time Is Different' Case Looks Intriguing Summary The long-running deep value case for VOLT has mostly played out — but not in the way bulls have hoped. This now is a pure operational turnaround, and there's been halting progress on that front. The bull case still can work, and new management helps, but it's just so tough to have confidence after years of frustration. For years now — in fact, for essentially this entire decade — Volt Information Sciences ( The second problem is that those asset sales have done nothing for VOLT stock (the ticker recently changed from the former VISI).
