He will serve as a Class I director and will join the Audit Committee. Additionally, the Company announced the departure of Kenneth Hartwick from its Board of Directors, effective November 18, 2024, 5 p.m. CST. Mr. Hartwick's departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company. "We are thrilled to have David join our Board and look forward to his valued input.
