Seeing an inflection point in the business, Barclays' upgraded V.F. Corp ( VFC ) to Overweight and hiked its price target by 16% to $22, a 20% upside to Tuesday's closing price. Barclays believes these changes under Darrell's leadership will begin to yield positive impacts to the business that will accelerate into 2025 that will include a pattern of “beat and raise” quarters relative to consensus, and the beginning of a multi-year, multi-prong turnaround for the company thanks to product and brand improvements. “We believe that the right foundational steps are being taken to stabilize and turn the business. In the near term, we look for continued progress on reducing debt that will give the company more operating flexibility.
