The company is set to upgrade road infrastructure in both Sydney and Melbourne. In Sydney, the company will enhance a 3.8km segment of Mamre Road, located to the west of the city and in proximity to the forthcoming international airport. The project entails converting the current two-lane road into a four-lane thoroughfare, complete with a central median to facilitate the future addition of two more lanes. Additionally, a noise barrier will be erected as part of the upgrade. Environmental measures are being prioritised, with plans to use reclaimed asphalt pavement for approximately 40% of the project's needs and to recycle other excavated materials on-site. The completion of the Sydney project is anticipated for 2028. In Melbourne, meanwhile, Seymour Whyte is tasked with the enhancement of Clyde Road for Major Road Projects Victoria. The scope of work includes adding an extra lane in each direction, broadening the Clyde Road bridge, and improving existing intersections.
