Summary I remain concerned about declining margins as high green tobacco prices and rising interest expenses continue to squeeze profitability. Reliance on short-term debt to secure tobacco supply has raised notes payable to $581.1 million, increasing interest costs by $5.2 million YoY. Ongoing restructuring in Europe will add $10-$15 million in charges through FY 2026, further pressuring net income and free cash flow. State Street's reduced stake and a higher put/call ratio in the past quarter reflect increasing pessimism among institutional investors. Given these persistent headwinds, I'm maintaining my Hold rating, expecting gross margins to remain under pressure if green tobacco prices don't cool off.
