recent ruling by the United States District Court for the Northern District Of Illinois, which canceled its federally registered trademarks for "MAX CASH" and "MAXCASH." The court's decision came in response to a legal challenge from US Bank National Association , which began using the "Max Cash" name on one of its credit cards years after the Trademark Registration rights for the marks "MAXCASH" and "MAX CASH and Design," along with the common law rights in the marks "MAX CASH" were acquired by Traditional Media Group for consumer loan brokerage services.
