LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Dec. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uniti Group Inc. (“Uniti”) (Nasdaq: UNIT) today announced the pricing of $1.4 billion aggregate principal amount of additional 8.250% Senior First Lien Notes due 2031 (the “Additional Windstream Notes”) by Windstream Services, LLC and Windstream Escrow Finance Corp. (collectively, the “Windstream Co-Issuers”), each a subsidiary of Windstream Holdings II, LLC (“Windstream”). The Additional Windstream Notes will constitute a further issuance of the Windstream Co-Issuers’ 8.250% Senior First Lien Notes due 2031, which were issued on October 4, 2024. The offering of the Additional Windstream Notes is expected to close on December 23, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. The Windstream Co-Issuers intend to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to (i) fund the redemption of all $1.4 billion outstanding principal amount of Windstream’s 7.750% senior first lien notes due 2028 at a redemption price
