("Tigo" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: TYGO), a leading provider of intelligent solar and energy storage solutions, today reported unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024, financial guidance for the first quarter ending March 31, 2025, and a full year 2025 outlook.Recent Financial and Operational HighlightsRevenue for the fourth quarter of 2024 of $17.3 million, up 21.3% compared to the third quarter of 2024 and up 86.8% on a year over year basis. Revenue for the full year 2024 of $54.0 million, down 62.8% year-over-year.Inventory charges for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 of $19.5 million and $23.5 million, respectively, primarily for excess and slow-moving inventory within the GO ESS line of energy storage solutions.Net loss for the fourth quarter of 2024 totaled $26.8 million, compared to a net loss of $14.8 million in the year ago comparable period.
