(Getty Images) The Brief Textron, the company that owns Arctic Cat Inc., announced it is permanently laying off about 385 employees from its Theif River Falls facility. The layoffs are expected to happen between May 8 and May 22. This comes after 65 employees were laid off in November 2024. THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (FOX 9) About 385 employees will be laid off from Arctic Cat's snowmobile plant in Thief River Falls during the month of May, according to a WARN (Worker Adjustment Retaining Notification) letter shared by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
