LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. (“Tandy” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: TLF) for violations of the securities laws.The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Tandy disclosed after market close on August 13, 2019, that it would not be capable of filing its quarterly report for the period ending June 30, 2019, in a timely manner.
