bioelectronic medicine, today announced the pricing of its public offering of an aggregate of 4,710,000 shares of its common stock, Series A warrants to purchase up to 4,710,000 shares of common stock and Series B warrants to purchase up to 7,065,000 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $0.85 per share and accompanying warrants. The Series A warrants will have an exercise price of $0.85 per share, will be exercisable immediately and will expire one year after the date of issuance, and the Series B warrants will have an exercise price of $0.85 per share, will be exercisable immediately and will expire five years after the date of issuance. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about May 13, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
