11min Summary Preliminary Q3 results show growth in Thryv's SaaS business accelerating to nearly 30% year over year, with adjusted EBITDA margins close to 12%. The company has signed an agreement to acquire a complementary business, which posted $85 million in trailing twelve-month revenue, for $80 million in cash. The equity offering to raise cash was done at a share price of $14. Following my analysis, I maintain my Buy rating on THRY stock and a price target of between $26 and $36 by 2026. Atstock Productions Investment thesis Thryv ( NASDAQ: THRY ) reported strong preliminary results for Q3 , which were much better than my expectations, which I had outlined in my previous write-up on the company. The SaaS business is showing an acceleration in year-over-year growth to 30% while underlying financial metrics are also improving, which points to higher margins in the future.
