(NASDAQ: TBNK) (the Company), headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of Territorial Savings Bank, reported a net loss of $1.72 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2024. Results reflect $1.53 million of pre-tax merger-related expenses. The Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.01 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of February 14, 2025. Hope Bancorp, Inc.
