HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: STEL) today announced that on May 23, 2024, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.13 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2024 to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 14, 2024.The Company also announced that its Board of Directors authorized a new share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $60 million of the Company’s common stock through May 31, 2025. The Company has an existing share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $60 million of the Company’s common stock through May 31, 2024.Repurchases under the share repurchase program may be made from time to time at the Company’s discretion in open market transactions, through block trades, in privately negotiated transactions, and pursuant to any trading plan that may be adopted by the Company’s management
