Findley succeeds Shelly Ibach, who previously announced her intention to retire in October 2024. Ibach will continue serving as Board Chair until the expiration of her term at the company's 2025 Annual Meeting. The Board has unanimously appointed Phillip M. Eyler as independent Chair effective upon the conclusion of the 2025 Annual Meeting. Michael J.
