focused on acquisition and support of proven commercialized financial services and technology (Fintech) companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of RBSM LLC as its new independent accountant and auditor. On June 24, 2024, the Company engaged RBSM, LLP ("RBSM") as its independent registered public accounting firm to provide its report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, effective immediately. For the fiscal years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022 and during the subsequent interim periods through March 31, 2024, neither the Company nor anyone acting on behalf of the Company had consulted RBSM regarding either: (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company's financial statements, nor did RBSM provide a written report or oral advice to the Company that RBSM concluded was an important factor considered by the Company in reaching a decision as to t
