It's reasonable to assume the brain behind Union Square Hospitality Group has an opinion about tipping workers. His answer and reasoning, however, might surprise some. “I don't think you ever need to tip anywhere,” Meyer told Yahoo Finance executive editor Brian Sozzi on his Opening Bid podcast on Yahoo Finance (see video above or listen below).
