NEW YORK & DALLAS, November 21, 2024 BUSINESS WIRE )--Fortress Investment Group ("Fortress") today announced that funds managed by its affiliates have acquired TH Holdings, a diversified industrial manufacturer consisting of market-leading brands Texas Hydraulics, Hydromotion, and Oilgear ("the companies"). The companies are leading manufacturers of highly engineered, custom-designed hydraulic components. Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress have acquired a majority of TH Holdings' equity, with the company's management team holding a minority stake. The group offers end-to-end services for hydraulic components, from bespoke engineering to after-market support. The services and components are used by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket customers across a wide range of heavy-duty and extreme-duty applications.
