CUPERTINO, Calif., Dec. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reviva Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVPH) (“Reviva” or the “Company”), a late-stage pharmaceutical company developing therapies that seek to address unmet medical needs in the areas of central nervous system (CNS), inflammatory and cardiometabolic diseases, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock together with series A warrants to purchase up to 6,000,000 shares of common stock and series B warrants to purchase up to 12,000,000 shares of common stock. Each share of common stock was sold together with (i) a series A warrant to purchase 0.5 of a share of common stock, and (ii) a series B warrant to purchase one share of common stock, at a combined public offering price of $1.50 per share of common stock and accompanying series A and B warrants.
