As the motoring world prepares for a bet-the-farm rebirth of the Jaguar brand, a restomod has landed to remind us all of what the company used to produce. It's called the Supercat and it comes from a British company called TWR, along with input from fashion designer and car collector Magnus Walker. Limited to 88 examples, the Supercar is a look at what happens when you take a Jaguar XJS and turn everything up to 11. The pumped-up body is made from carbon fiber. Under the hood sits a supercharged, 5.6-liter V12 engine producing 660 bhp and 730 Nm of torque – figures up significantly from the standard car's 285 bhp and 431 Nm. Although power is up on an original XJS, weight is down, as the Supercat tips the scales at a claimed 3,536 lbs, versus 3,902 for the original.
