PEORIA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) – RLI Corp. reported fourth quarter 2024 net earnings of $40.9 million ($0.44 per share), compared to $114.6 million ($1.24 per share) for the fourth quarter of 2023. Operating earnings(1) for the fourth quarter of 2024 were $38.4 million ($0.41 per share), compared to $71.1 million ($0.77 per share) for the same period in 2023.On January 15, 2025, RLI executed a two-for-one stock split of common stock.
