According to new research conducted by Talker Research on behalf of Ollie's, the buzz of snagging a good bargain provides about three and a half hours or 216 minutes of post-purchase bliss. As America's largest retailer of closeout merchandise and excess inventory, Ollie's provides the perfect haven for shoppers to hunt down brand name bargains and enjoy the rush of great deals during these challenging economic times. Just in time for National Barging Hunting Week ( August 12 th to 18 th ), the survey of 2,000 Americans revealed insightful details about shopping habits. Nearly a quarter of respondents (22%) can ride the wave of a good deal for at least four hours but for a lucky 10%, the joy of finding a bargain lasts all day!
