NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rithm Capital Corp. (NYSE: RITM; “Rithm” or the “Company”) announced today the commencement of a public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock, subject to market conditions. In connection with the offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes. The underwriters may offer the shares from time to time for sale in negotiated transactions or otherwise, at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to such prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices.Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P.
