NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rithm Capital Corp. (NYSE: RITM; “Rithm” or the “Company”) announced today that it priced its underwritten public offering of 30,000,000 shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $342.9 million, before deducting estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock. The underwriters may offer the shares from time to time for sale in negotiated transactions or otherwise, at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to such prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices. The offering is expected to close on September 26, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
