CHERRY HILL, N.J., May 31, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Real Good Food Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: RGF) (“Real Good Foods” or the “Company”), a leading health and wellness frozen and refrigerated foods company, announced that on May 17, 2024, it received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company no longer satisfies Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the “Quarterly Report”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Per Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), Under Nasdaq rules, the Company now has until June 18, 2024 to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the Company’s plan, Nasdaq can grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the date the Company’s Annual Report was due, as extended, which 180-day period would end on October 14, 2024, to regain compliance.
