And the dry gin is upping its game with the release of a new, limited-edition Distiller's Strength version of its signature Islay Dry Gin. Made at , known for its single malt Scotch whisky, the new expression, crafted at 50% ABV, is designed with bartenders in mind, offering a higher proof that brings out the gin's distinct character in cocktails. Adam Hannett, head distiller at Bruichladdich Distillery, shared insights into the creation process during a media preview in August. “For many years, we focused on the quality of what we do, developing a classic gin with The Botanist.
