New York, Sept. 06, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Securities, LLC (“Univest”), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of registered direct offering (the “Offering”) of (i) 14,724,058 shares of common stock priced at $0.130 per share, with pre-funded warrants exercisable for 11,972,754 shares with respect to the registered direct offering for its client Qualigen Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: QLGN) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage therapeutics company focused on developing treatments for adult and pediatric cancer. Under the terms of the securities purchase agreement, the Company has agreed to sell to the institutional investors a total of 14,724,058 shares priced at $0.130 per share, with pre-funded warrants exercisable for 11,972,754 shares.
