The oil giant expects organic capital expenditures to be between $14.5 billion and $15.5 billion. In addition, it anticipates capital spending at its affiliates to be in the range of $1.7 billion to $2 billion. Overall, these spending ranges represent a $2 billion decline from Chevron's capital spending in 2024.
