ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — PPL Electric Utilities announced Friday they have completed the sale of its former headquarters in downtown Allentown. The utility company said they officially completed the sale of its Tower Building and office complex on 2 North Ninth Street . The Tower Building, which is the second tallest building in the state outside of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, was sold to D&D Realty Group for $9 million.
