(NYSE American: PMNT), the high-performance, luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand that fuses technical excellence with fashion-led designs, reported that its co-founder and chairman, Max Gottschalk, has increased his ownership in the company through a series of open market purchases.The purchases were reported in a Form 4 filed with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).
