Vancouver, British Columbia , Oct. 01, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Planet Green Metals Inc. (CSE: PGR (“ Planet Green ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has arranged, subject to the acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange, a non-brokered flow-through private placement ( “FT Offering” ) of up to 4,000,000 Shares for gross proceeds of up to $480,000, and a non-brokered working capital (“WC Offering” ) private placement of up to 3,500,000 Units for gross proceeds of $350,000. Each Flow-through Unit will consist of one flow-through common share priced at $0.12 per share. Each Working Capital Unit will consist of one common share, priced at $0.10, and one (1) common share purchase warrant (a “ WC Warrant ”). Each WC Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share (a “ WC Warrant Share ”) at a price of $0.20 per WC Warrant Share for a period of 12 months from Closing.
