(Nasdaq: PHIO), a biotechnology company developing the next generation of immuno-oncology therapeutics based on its proprietary self-delivering RNAi (INSTASYL™) therapeutic platform, today announced that it has commenced a proposed public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Phio.
