I recently bought PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) and it has traits that suggest it is a buy-and-hold stock. While I wouldn't recommend buying only a single stock -- it's wise to diversify -- PepsiCo would be a good starting point for just about any investor. Here's what you need to know.
