German media company ProSiebenSat.1 said on Thursday it is bracing for another challenging year, with the 2025 outlook suggesting the possibility of a decline in turnover and operating profit. ProSiebenSat.1 expects revenues of between €3.85 billion and €4.15 billion ($4.15 billion and $4.48 billion) for 2025, said the company, which is listed on Germany's SDAX index of 70 small and medium-sized companies. Adjusted for special items, underlying profit is expected to come in at between €500 million and €600 million. In 2024, sales rose by almost 2% to some €3.9 billion, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), adjusted for special items, fell by 4% to €557 million, amid higher investments to boost growth of the company's Joyn streaming platform. Adjusted net profit in 2024 came in at €229 million, up from €225 million in the previous year. ProSiebenSat.1 operates several television channels in Germany, including ProSieben, Sat.1 and Kabe
