These agreements will bring a total of 11 new Potbelly locations to the Greater Houston area and Austin areas, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the Lone Star State. Franchise partners Dana and Richard Biddy will open five new shops in the Pearland-Galveston region, while Jignesh and Nitin Patel will open six locations in the vibrant Austin market.
