Adjusted EBITDA amounted to EUR -3 million (EUR 72 million). EBITDA was EUR -12 million (EUR 15 million). ROCE amounted to -1.2% (-2.1%). Free cash flow was EUR 33 million (EUR 156 million incl. discontinued operations). Earnings per share was EUR -0.07 (EUR -0.56) On October 1, 2024 , Kati ter Horst started as the new President and CEO of Outokumpu. On December 12, 2024 , Outokumpu issued a negative profit warning as its fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA was expected to be close to break-even or turn negat
