(the “Company” or “OSI Systems”) (NASDAQ: OSIS) today announced that its Healthcare division, Spacelabs Healthcare®, has received an order valued at approximately $6 million to provide patient monitoring solutions and related supplies and accessories to a U.S. based hospital system.
