Sixty-five percent of first-time home sellers say they would have been willing to accept 20% less to avoid the stress of preparing their home for sale, according to Opendoor ( OPEN ), an online residential real estate platform. Opendoor CEO Carrie Wheeler joins Wealth with Madison Mills to discuss the state of the current housing market for sellers and buyers.
